Welcome to WhatGot.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using WhatGot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

WhatGot is a marketplace that enables users to create storefronts, list physical or digital products, and sell to global customers using a third-party payment processor, Square.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Providing false or misleading information is grounds for suspension.

3. Selling on WhatGot

You may list only products you own or have rights to sell.
All listings must comply with our Community Guidelines.
Digital product delivery is the seller’s responsibility.

4. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed via Square. WhatGot does not store payment credentials. Transaction fees may apply and will be disclosed at checkout or setup.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use WhatGot to:

Sell illegal or restricted goods.
Engage in fraud or violate intellectual property rights.
Harass, spam, or harm others.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms or for any misuse of the platform.

7. Disclaimers

WhatGot provides its services “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or successful transactions between users.

8. Limitation of Liability

WhatGot is not liable for damages arising out of your use of the platform, including lost profits or data, or third-party conduct.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
